Compassionate Protection for You and Your Animal Companion’s Personalized Memorials

1. Content Submission
- By submitting your beloved companion’s digital image or photo to Celebrating AnimaLove, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or have obtained proper permission to share the content.
- You grant Celebrating AnimaLove a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and display this content for your Personalized Animal Memorial and promotional purposes.
- You retain full ownership of your original submission.
2. Custom Artwork & Copyright
- Custom designs created by Celebrating AnimaLove, including artistic enhancements of your beloved companion’s Tribute Picture and/or Message, are protected by U.S. copyright law.
- Celebrating AnimaLove retains ownership of all final stylized designs.
3. Use of Products
- All digital files and physical products are for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written permission is not allowed.
4. Trademarks
- The Celebrating AnimaLove name, heart-and-halo logo, and associated branding elements are trademark pending under U.S. law.
- These assets may not be copied, imitated, or used without our written consent.
5. Payments, Shipping & Refunds
- Payment is due at the time of order.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable once production begins. Replacements are available for any damaged or defective items.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebrating AnimaLove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our site or services.
- We are not responsible for delays, errors, or losses caused by third-party platforms or shipping providers.
7. User Conduct
- You agree not to upload or submit unlawful, offensive, or unauthorized content.
- We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not align with our values of love, dignity, and respect.
8. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
- Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies your agreement to the revised terms.
