1. Returns and Refunds
Each Celebrating AnimaLove product is made with care and often involves personalized, made-to-order artwork.
As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once a custom design has entered production.
We will gladly offer a replacement or adjustment in the case of:
- Products arriving damaged or defective
- Errors made on our part in spelling, format, or delivery
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request assistance. A photo of the issue may be requested.
2. Product Use
You may NOT:
- Resell, reproduce, or redistribute a copy of your Personalized Memorial.
- Use the design for commercial merchandise or product resale
- Claim the design as your own or modify it for commercial use
3. Our Commitment to Fairness
We understand that each Tribute Picture and Message is emotional and deeply meaningful.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us with compassion and clarity. We will always do our best to resolve any issue respectfully.
