1. Purpose of This Policy
At Celebrating AnimaLove, we exist to honor beloved companions and provide healing through Personalized Tribute Pictures and Messages. This policy explains how your submitted content will be respectfully used, protected, and attributed.
2. Ownership of Submitted Content
You retain full ownership of your original digital image or scanned photograph.
By submitting content, you confirm you are the legal owner or have permission from the rightful owner to share it with Celebrating AnimaLove.
3. License to Use Your Submission
By submitting content, you grant Celebrating AnimaLove a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and enhance your submission for:
- Creating Personalized Tribute Pictures and Messages
- Publishing Personalized Tribute Pictures and Messages on memorial pages
- Featuring your Personalized Product in marketing or promotional efforts (with your consent)
4. Custom Enhancements and Creative Rights
Any artistic edits, compositions, or enhancements made by Celebrating AnimaLove are considered original creative works.
While you maintain rights to your original submission, Celebrating AnimaLove holds copyright to the finalized custom Tribute Picture and/or Message design.
5. Content Usage Limitations
We will never sell or share your submission with third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.
Celebrating AnimaLove does not monetize your Personalized Tribute Picture or Message outside the intended product use unless explicitly agreed upon.
6. Public Display and Consent
Tribute Pictures and/or Messages may appear publicly on our website, memorial wall, or social media.
If you prefer to keep your Tribute Picture and/or Message private, please email us at support@celebratinganimalove.com and we will honor your request without question.
7. Submission Guidelines and Conduct
All submitted content must reflect dignity and respect. Submissions containing offensive, unlawful, or harmful material will be rejected.
You agree not to submit content that infringes on copyrights or violates another individual’s privacy.
8. Corrections and Removal Requests
If you notice a mistake or wish to update or remove a Personalized Tribute Picture and/or Message, email us and we will assist promptly.
